Blueberry Baked Oatmeal
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup avocado oil
½ cup raw honey
2 eggs
1 cup almond milk
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 cups muesli
1 tablespoon brown sugar (option coconut sugar)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Add diced apple or blueberries (1 small quart)
Directions:
Beat oils and honey. Mix in eggs, milk, salt, baking powder, and muesli. Beat well, then stir in cherries. Pour into a greased pie plate or 9x9 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar (coconut sugar) and cinnamon. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Then bake at 350˚ for 33-35 minutes then enjoy!
