3 Ways to Make a Meal Healthier

1 —

Use Sprayable Oil

Sprayable oil is a great alternative to regular oil because there are significantly fewer calories & you cover more space with less product. I use sprayable oil on my roasted vegetables, baked goods, and for cooking anything in a pan.

2 —

Add More Vegetables

Vegetables are not calorie-dense, but they are filled with fiber & water which will help you feel full faster while consuming fewer calories. Vegetables also provide antioxidants and vitamins in a natural form which are great for your body.

3 —

Use more whole grains

Whole grains are packed with nutrients including protein, fiber, B vitamins, antioxidants, and trace minerals (iron, zinc, copper, and magnesium). A diet rich in whole grains has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease. These grains are also more easily digestible in the body & can be turned into energy easier.
